Sociedad Agrícola Cato S.A. is a family owned closed limited liability company, which has the primary objective of properly compensating its partners and workers for their respective contributions, in compliance with all applicable Chilean laws and regulations, as well as all current international market requirements and standards.
Founded in 1987 in Cato, Coihueco, Chile borough, the Company began by planting fruit trees. The first hectares of blueberries were planted in 1991, and the first cherries in 2000.
Agrícola Cato has its own blueberry and cherry packinghouses, as well as all the necessary infrastructure to produce, pack and directly export
to the various markets.
All of its production and administration facilities, including those for foreign trade, are located within the farm, which enables a smoother and more efficient management of the Company operations.
