ORCHARDS
An important factor of the company’ s success is the care and operation of orchards, which are managed by qualified personnel that has taken continuing education and refreshing courses for the last 20 years.
Management care involves a special emphasis on frost control to protect the blueberries. For this purpose, there are 2 water reservoirs with capacity for 30,000 m3 each and all of the field distribution systems, among others. There are frost fans and plastic roofs to respectively protect cherry trees from frost and rain.

BLUEBERRY PACKINGHOUSE
This facility is capable of processing the entire field production and keeping over 400 pallets of fresh fruit boxes in cold storage. It meets all the regulations and has all of the required certifications.
CHERRY PACKINGHOUSE
The existing facilities are capable of processing a part of the production, and the rest of the cherries are sent for processing by third parties, to be further exported by Agrícola Cato S.A
NURSERIES
Greenhouses for the multiplication of blueberry varieties provide the Company with safe plants of excellent quality for its own use and for sale to third parties.
OTHER FACILITIES
Administration offices;
Material storeroom;
Bathrooms, dining areas and used-water treatment plant, and
Homes for workers and their families.
